  This place is an actual scam. They bring you in under the guise of a "free consultation" and then 6 months later decide to bill your insurance company for an oral exam, including an x-ray. You know, despite the fact that they require you to bring in your OWN x-rays and the doctor sits you down in a chair, pats you on the back, and tells you everything about oral surgery for wisdom teeth that you can read from a eHow blog article. They charged my insurance company for fake services they never completed on me and refuse to admit to their lies, instead Genevieve (the person who deals with billing) lies through her teeth to the insurance representative about the bill, services, and what she told another representative in the past. Genevieve then proceeded to call me and THREATEN that she's going to send me to collections unless I pay! Ugh! So unprofessional and such disgusting behavior. They act nice when you first come in but once you decide not to get surgery there, the office staff goes through every route to make sure they get money out of you somehow. What a joke! Take a look at the bill they sent me for $64 for literally "NO ACTIVITY." So you are charging me for nothing? Great service, Dr. Woods. You should have your license revoked for this type of negligent behavior.

  Great experience. Had my wisdom teeth pulled here today. The whole process was very comfortable with no pain post operation. Would recommend to anyone!
