  Initially, I had some reservations about going to Laser Loft to get anything done due to some bad press at the other location. However, my experience in the PVB location was the furthest thing from those reviews. First, I met with Denise, who did my pre-procedure consult. She was very professional, mild mannered, polite, and the furthest thing from pushy. She obtained a pre-procedure detailed photograph of my face that was able to highlight premature aging and sunspots. Yes people, we all look bad on this particular photo! LOL. Nonetheless, Denise explained the photo to me and where some of my problem areas are. She then proceeded to recommend other therapies based off that photo. I politely declined due to my current budget, and she politely accepted. Next, I went back to the waiting room very briefly before Britney came to get me for my procedure. Besides being gorgeous, she is very experienced with over eight years of medical experience under her belt as a nurse practitioner, has exceptional bedside manner, and was very professional, and is highly knowledgeable regarding skin care. Of course, it is a little too early to tell how the results will be as it takes some time, but overall I am very pleased with my experience. I fully intend on recommending this facility and utilizing them again for myself for any future skin care needs.
